Prices

All our goods are for sale on our online hardware store, click on the links on the main page of our website to check them out.

Payment

All our goods are offered to you on a payment order basis. Once we receive a payment confirmation of your goods, we will only accept your order and process it for dispatch.

Dispatch

We will normally dispatch your goods on the same working day, provided that your order is received by us before 12pm. The goods become your property as soon as they are dispatched to you.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to any UK address. Our standard delivery uses Royal mail and usually you will receive your goods on the next working day. If a quicker delivery is important you may select one of our premium delivery options. This will be confirmed with you at the time you place your order. 

Availability

We aim to keep enough stock so that we never run out. However, on occasions of unexpected high demand we may unfortunately run out. If this happens, we will notify you immediately whereby you may instruct us what you would like us to do. If you have opted for a premium delivery option, or we are expecting a longer delay we will use the information you have provided with your order to keep you informed of progress. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.

Cancellations and returns

If you wish to cancel an item you may do so via eBay who have their own protocol on how to do so, you will not be able to cancel an order if it has already been dispatched. If you wish to return an item get in touch with us via eBay or Amazon where you purchased it from and let us know the reason why you may be returning. If you have received the wrong item, we will cover the cost of postage, if the item has been used, we will not accept a return, if the item hasn’t been used and you would like to return it, we will require picture proof and the buyer has to pay return postage this is limited to 14 days after purchase date after that we cannot refund it. If the item has been damaged via postage, then you will have to take it up with the Royal mail. 

Unforeseen Circumstances

Where things like acts of terrorism or even small things like power cuts or weather interfere in our business, we will do our best to keep things going. We shall have no liability to you for any failure, which is due to such unforeseen circumstances, or any other situation outside our control. Once we can get in contact with you, we will do so and let you know about any issues.

Liability

Nothing in this Terms and conditions shall: limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; limit or exclude our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law. Our liability to you will be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures. Our liability to you specifically excludes compensation for indirect or consequential loss or damage however it arises and except as described above will always be limited to a refund of your payment.

Law

These terms of business will be interpreted and adjudicated under English law.
